Comedian James Acaster has described his exit from the 2026 series of Celebrity Traitors as a "shocker" after his identity as a Traitor was revealed on the penultimate episode.
Roundtable confrontation
Acaster, 41, struggled to defend himself during the roundtable discussion that followed the murder of former EastEnders star Ross Kemp. He eventually told fellow contestants: "I was made a traitor without wanting to be."
Post-show reaction
Speaking on the companion show Uncloaked with host Ed Gamble, Acaster said he had entered the final roundtable thinking he had "no heat on me whatsoever" and that the turn of events "was sprung on me."
