A jury in Brisbane has heard testimony alleging that Robert John Crawford, a former Royal Australian Air Force pilot, was a master manipulator who murdered his wife and staged the scene to resemble an accident. Crawford, 49, pleaded not guilty to the murder of Frances Elizabeth Crawford, whose body was discovered near a ride-on lawnmower at the bottom of a retaining wall on their rural property in Upper Lockyer on July 29, 2024.
