A federal judge has blocked a controversial plan for a 250-foot arch in Washington, D.C., associated with former President Donald Trump, less than an hour after a panel of allies approved the proposal.
Rapid Legal Reversal
The swift judicial intervention came after the panel, composed of Trump allies, gave the green light to the arch project. The judge's order halts the plan pending further legal review.
