Paraguay prosecutors have ordered the arrest of ousted President Santiago Peña and the former central bank chief in connection with a bank collapse, the Associated Press reported on Friday.
Investigation into financial collapse
The arrest warrants were issued as authorities investigate the failure of a major bank that triggered a financial crisis. Peña was removed from office prior to the prosecutors' action.
