The UK will not invite Russian President Vladimir Putin to the G20 summit scheduled to take place in Manchester next year, Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham said.

Burnham stated that the UK government has decided to exclude Putin from the gathering of world leaders, reflecting the ongoing international isolation of Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.
