A former executive at Good Good Golf has filed a $1 million defamation lawsuit against the company, alleging he was made a scapegoat for a controversial advertisement.
The plaintiff, who was terminated following the ad's release, claims the company defamed him by implying he was solely responsible for the campaign's content. The lawsuit seeks damages for reputational harm and wrongful termination.
