An Essex mathematics teacher named Syed Ahmed has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after posing as a teenager on Snapchat to groom and sexually assault vulnerable girls.

He used a fake profile on the social media platform to gain the trust of his victims before arranging meetings where he carried out the assaults.
