Singer James Blunt has disclosed that unaired footage from the celebrity edition of "The Traitors" shows comedian James Acaster's departure was more dramatic than viewers saw.
Intense confrontation omitted
Blunt, who participated in the series, said the broadcast version did not capture the full intensity of Acaster's exit. According to Blunt, Acaster did not simply quit the game; instead, there was a heated exchange that producers chose to cut.
Acaster's early departure
The comedian left the show early in the season, but the circumstances surrounding his exit were presented as a straightforward withdrawal. Blunt's remarks suggest a more confrontational moment occurred during the "grilling" segment where contestants face questioning.
