The Crown star Josh O'Connor has responded to reports linking him to the role of James Bond, calling the speculation an "incredible bizarre pinch me moment."
Speaking to the BBC at the opening of a new Everyman theatre education centre in his hometown of Cheltenham, O'Connor said: "It's extraordinary, so I'm very honoured - but I'm afraid there's nothing to say beyond that."
Meanwhile, betting odds have been cut on another actor, Turner, after the 36-year-old was photographed drinking a martini in Halloween pictures with his wife Dua Lipa. Former Bond star Pierce Brosnan has also endorsed Turner for the role, describing him as "so strong."
