A prison has been placed on lockdown after a contaminated batch of drugs killed two inmates and harmed others in what authorities described as a major incident.
The incident occurred when inmates consumed a bad batch of drugs, leading to two fatalities and additional medical emergencies. Prison officials initiated a full lockdown to contain the situation and investigate the source of the contaminated substances.
