A former Trump administration official has disclosed the president's furious reaction to the 2018 midterm election losses, warning of dramatic action if Trump faces defeat again.
Miles Taylor, speaking to BBC Newsnight, described Trump as "a mess" and "irate behind the scenes" the day after the 2018 vote, when Democrats gained congressional seats.
Taylor's remarks come as Democrats are projected to win control of both the House and Senate in the 2026 midterms, a surge dubbed a "Blue Tsunami."
"If Donald Trump loses, expect dramatic action," Taylor warned.
