Scotland manager Sebastien Pocognoli has named a 26-man squad for the upcoming Nations League double-header against North Macedonia and Switzerland, with Rangers defender James Penrice earning his first senior call-up and Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay returning after heart surgery.
Key returns and absences
McTominay, 29, missed Pocognoli's first camp in September following the procedure, while Torino striker Che Adams also returns after a muscle strain. Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney is back after withdrawing from the previous camp with an injury.
Centre-back Scott McKenna misses out due to a reported back strain sustained while playing for Dinamo Zagreb. Josh Doig, Colby Donovan, James Wilson and Lennon Miller have been dropped from the previous selection.
Group standings and fixtures
Scotland sit third in Group B1 with four points from four matches, three points behind Slovenia and eight behind leaders Switzerland. They host North Macedonia at Hampden Park on November 13 before travelling to Switzerland three days later.
