Actor John Goodman says he is still getting used to his own face after losing nearly half his body weight over the past decade. The 71-year-old star, known for roles in "Roseanne" and "The Big Lebowski," has shed approximately 14 stone (196 pounds) through a sustained lifestyle change.
Goodman revealed that despite the dramatic physical transformation, seeing his altered reflection remains an ongoing adjustment. The weight loss journey spanned roughly ten years, marking one of Hollywood's most significant and sustained celebrity health transformations.
