Alaska attorneys have urged a court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by former President Donald Trump that seeks to invalidate Senate race ballots, describing the demand as "meritless," "disturbing and impossible."
The legal filing argues that Trump's challenge lacks legal basis and would undermine the electoral process in the state.
