A popular toddler snack sold at Walmart and Target stores has been recalled due to a fatal choking hazard, after several young children were hospitalized.
The recall affects specific snack products distributed nationwide through the two major retailers. Health officials warned that the items pose a serious choking risk to toddlers, prompting the urgent removal from shelves.
