The Minnesota Vikings have become the NFL's final undefeated team following a week seven slate of games that saw several heavyweights stumble. Chiefs fall to Seahawks in primetime battle
The Kansas City Chiefs saw their undefeated run end at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks, who secured a 20-3 victory. Despite entering the game with one of the league's top offenses, the Chiefs struggled as Seattle's defense restricted star running back Kenneth Walker to just 36 yards. The loss brings the Chiefs to a 5-1 record. Meanwhile, Seattle quarterback Sam Darnold led the Seahawks to victory with a 150-yard receiving performance from Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
49ers suffer first defeat amid Falcons win
The San Francisco 49ers also recorded their first loss of the season, falling 29-20 to the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons' defense proved decisive, forcing four turnovers, including two interceptions from quarterback Brock Purdy. The defeat leaves the 49ers with a 6-1 record. In other NFC West action, the Los Angeles Rams returned to winning ways with a 35-21 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, led by quarterback Matt Stafford.
