Two people have been arrested and around 40 homes evacuated after a bomb squad was called to an Essex street following the discovery of suspicious items during a neighbour dispute.
Police and explosive ordnance disposal teams responded to the scene after the items were found. The evacuation was carried out as a precaution while specialists assessed the materials. The two individuals were taken into custody in connection with the incident.
