Pierce Brosnan has offered words of caution to his 25-year-old son, Paris, as the younger actor embarks on his professional career. Speaking at the premiere of Paris's new film, Seniors, the 73-year-old actor emphasized the difficulty of the entertainment industry.

The Demands of the Acting Profession

Brosnan described the film business as a capricious and tough environment. While acknowledging the challenges, he noted that Paris possesses the necessary strength, stamina, talent, and charisma to succeed. He stressed the importance of discipline, noting that an actor must constantly work on their voice, body, mind, and the habit of studying.

Family Values and Professional Connections

The actor shared that despite living a Hollywood lifestyle, he and his wife, Keely Shaye Smith, raised their sons, Dylan and Paris, with a sense of normalcy, maintaining close family traditions. In the film Seniors, Paris plays a teenager performing community service at a retirement home.

The production also features John Rhys-Davies, a longtime friend of Brosnan. Paris described the experience of working with Rhys-Davies as a masterclass, noting the sentimental connection as his father also began his career working with the veteran actor.
