Arsenal's appeal against Max Dowman's red card has been denied by the Football Association, meaning the player's suspension will stand. The young Gunners player was sent off during a match against Fleetwood Town.
The FA's independent regulatory commission reviewed the case but upheld the original dismissal decision. Dowman will now serve the mandatory ban resulting from the straight red card.
