Tyson Fury has opened up about his mental health struggles in a trailer for a new Netflix documentary titled "Tyson Fury", set for release on November 27.

Documentary Explores Personal Struggles

The self-titled film traces Fury's journey from childhood to the peak of his boxing career, addressing his battles with addiction, the loss of a child, and complex family dynamics. In the trailer, Fury says that after achieving his childhood dream of defeating Wladimir Klitschko in 2015, he felt his purpose had vanished and he "didn't want to live."

Family Reflects on Fury's Darkest Moments

Fury's wife, Paris, describes his single-minded obsession with the Klitschko fight, recalling that he told her immediately after the victory: "This is as good as it's ever going to get." She says the Tyson she knew disappeared, leaving her scared. His father, John, observes that the impact of that win ran far deeper than anyone anticipated. All three appear tearful in the footage.

Upcoming Fight and Release Schedule

The documentary arrives two weeks before Fury's scheduled bout against Anthony Joshua on December 11, which will be streamed live on Netflix. Fury recently featured in the reality series "At Home With The Furys" and confirmed his return to boxing in 2026 after a brief retirement announcement.
