Ted, the beloved Patterdale Terrier mix from the BBC show Gone Fishing, has made his final television appearance. The popular dog was a fan favorite throughout the series, and his presence was missed following his passing in April of this year.
A Special Tribute to a Fan Favorite
During the latest episode of Gone Fishing, which aired on Sunday, October 25, Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse returned to the River Ribble for a new fishing adventure. While the show continued with its signature camping setup, the episode served as a farewell to the small companion.
Bob Mortimer paid a special tribute to Ted at the conclusion of the broadcast, marking the end of an era for viewers who had grown fond of the dog's appearances on the program.
