Hundreds of GP surgery websites have gone offline after their service provider entered administration, leaving patients unable to access online services such as appointment booking and prescription requests.
The outage affects practices that relied on the provider for their digital infrastructure. Patients are being advised to contact their surgeries directly by phone for urgent needs while technical teams work to restore services.
