Africa's wealthiest individual has inaugurated a massive oil tank farm in Namibia, marking a significant expansion of energy infrastructure in the southern African nation.
The facility, described as a mega oil tank farm, represents a major investment in Namibia's petroleum storage capacity. The project launch was captured in a video report lasting one minute and 21 seconds.
