Rory McIlroy has welcomed a "reset" in professional golf, criticizing LIV Golf as a "false economy" that sought to undermine the European Tour.
The Northern Irish star said the Saudi-backed league had aimed to "destroy" the established tour, but believes the sport is now moving toward a more stable future.
