Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed clashed with a Sky News reporter as the first polls closed in the U.S. midterm elections on Tuesday.
When correspondent James Matthews asked about the race's relevance to the United Kingdom, El-Sayed said he wanted “zero votes” from the UK and added, “like, five people watch it.”
Matthews pressed whether the election was not relevant to the UK. El-Sayed responded that he had answered all questions he cared to for UK viewers and asked the reporter to stop chasing him.
